Registration Fees

• CHEER & FOOTBALL REGISTRATION
  Begins February 15th in the Greenforest Community Baptist Church gym.  Thursdays & Fridays 7-8:30 PM and Saturdays 10-noon.
  
  

  Online Registration Please keep your online receipt and turn in a copy with your registration form. This will assist us greatly in making sure your payment is applied correctly. Thank you!
  FLAG FOOTBALL - $70
  CHEER Registration - $70
  CHEER Uniform - $175
  CHEER Registration & Uniform - $245
  FOOTBALL - $165 Includes helmet, shoulder pads, custom jersey w/name and game pants.
  FOOTBALL - $140 Includes shoulder pads, custom jersey w/name and game pants.
  FOOTBALL - $130 Includes custom jersey w/ name and game pants.
  FOOTBALL - $120 Includes custom jersey w/ name and helmet.
  FOOTBALL - $110 Player that needs no equipment.
  FOOTBALL - $25 Player that needs a replacement white jersey.
  PAYMENT PLAN 50% down with remaining balance due by 7/17/08
  CHEER Uniform - $120

  FOOTBALL - $70 Includes shoulder pads, custom jersey w/name and game pants

  FOOTBALL - $55 Player that needs no equipment.

Registration Forms Required*

1. Registration Form (A registration is valid only when a completed/signed registration form and payment have been received)
2. Copy of birth certificate
3. Physical Form (MAYFL form only)
   (All physicals must be dated after April 1, 2008)
   Players cannot participate without their completed physical form-NO EXCEPTIONS
   *ALL FORMS ARE AVAILABLE AT REGISTRATION

Refunds

• Refunds will be made if requested prior to July 17th, 2008.

Important Dates

• May 26th: Standard Registration fees apply
• After May 26th: Late Registration fees begin to apply
• August 15th: Registration Ends
